The World Link Television network (WLTV) produces and distributes cultural and arts programmes. It regularly reports about the Oscars, Hollywood premieres and special reports including film festivals in Cannes, Berlin, Venice and other locations.

WLTV has established its own dedicated network for the distribution of its programming together with its broadcast and online partners in Poland, The Czech and Slovak Republics and Hungary. It also works on a non-profit basis with broadcasters and online streamers coordinating the sharing of facilities to bring the widest possible coverage to arts and cultural events. By pooling resources we are able to extend the range of possibilities for cultural programmes with limited budgets. WLTV participation is open to all cultural television and online journalists.
